Objectives

Combine microbiology, molecular biology, genomics and biochemistry to develop scientific, technical and methodological skills and independent project management.

Research themes

Soil rehabilitation using microbial communities; bioactive peptide production; gut microbiota and health applications. These themes connect with sustainable agriculture, the environment and biotechnology.

Programme

Advanced courses in microbial biotechnology and applications, bioinformatics and genomics. Seminars address bioactive peptides, agricultural applications, microbiota and intellectual property, alongside workshops and interdisciplinary research.
